A family-run roofing and joinery firm from Bellanaleck, near Enniskillen. Trading since 2006 — and most of our work still comes from people we have already worked for.
Our story
Nearly two decades, one postcode.
E R Roofing & Joinery Ltd was founded by Eddie Reilly in 2006, working out of The Commons in Bellanaleck. Eddie had already spent years on roofs and building sites before the firm existed — the “25 years in the trade” you will hear from customers is his working life, not a marketing number.
The firm has stayed deliberately small. Same standards, same straightforward dealing: look at the job properly, price it clearly, do it right, clean up after. It is why customers call us back years later and why their neighbours call us first.
Today we are a limited company (ER Roofing & Joinery Limited, NI694653) covering both trades — roofing and joinery — under one team, across Enniskillen, Fermanagh and Tyrone.

Price it honestly
We would rather quote for the job that needs doing than up-sell the one that doesn’t. If a repair will last, we will tell you a repair will last.
Respect the property
Dust sheets, tidy work areas, scaffolding up safely and down cleanly. We are working on someone’s home, not just a site.

Working on older properties
Much of the housing stock here is stone, render and slate — and it needs a sympathetic hand. We match slates, dress lead to the old detail, and repair rather than replace wherever it is the right call.
