E R Roofing & Joinery Ltd is run by Eddie Reilly and a small team of time-served tradesmen. We have been working on roofs and buildings across Enniskillen, Fermanagh and Tyrone since 2006, and most weeks the job comes from someone we have already worked for.
We answer the phone ourselves. We turn up when we say we will. We price the work clearly in writing, and we leave the place clean at the end of it. That is the whole method — the quality of the slate and the carpentry speaks for itself.
We would rather do one job properly than three quickly.

Yes. Storm damage is treated as a priority. We will make the roof safe first, then price the permanent repair properly once the weather has cleared. We can also help with the insurance claim side of things.
Most domestic re-roofs take between a few days and two weeks, depending on the size of the property, the roof covering and the weather. Your written quote sets out a realistic programme before we start.
Yes. We work for homeowners, landlords, businesses and on insurance repairs. The same standard of work applies whether it is a porch roof or a full commercial scheme.
First fix is the structural timber work done before plastering: roof timbers, stud walls, floor joists and door frames. Second fix is the finishing carpentry: doors, architraves, skirting, stair parts and flooring. We do both, so nothing gets lost between trades.
